It's Your Turn (Ladies)

Hello friends, Sarah here this week checking in! Happy Mother’s Day to the mamas in this incredible community. I have a special thing I have been eager to share with you specifically on this day.

Cliche Question for the Mamas: when’s the last time you prioritized yourself?

Whether you are a mom to little kids, a mom to adult kids, a grandma or even an aunt or “honorary aunt,” you know that being a mom is one of the greatest gifts and at the same time one of the most challenging things we will ever do.

So often, while we are in the glorious season of motherhood, we get stuck in the day-to-day of keeping the household (and career for some) running and we neglect keeping “mom” running.

I am the first to admit that in the past I have sucked at prioritizing things for myself.

I felt guilty getting a sitter to go get my nails done or do a workout. I would ditch time set aside to grab a cup of coffee in peace if my children or husband needed something. And spending money on myself for a luxury or treat, forget it.

Until recently. Something changed. And that’s the gift I want to share with you.

If you can relate to the mom/woman I used to be or you have been in a rut, lost your “spark” or are looking for some radical changes, I strongly nudge you to read until the end.

Let me quickly back track just for a moment to give a little context.

If you read our last bconnectd email that Brian sent, he shared with you a 31 Day Challenge he was introduced to. I remember the exact moment he shared the challenge with me because he was beaming with excitement and had high expectations about the results we would get being in this community…

A lot of that excitement came about because he had the opportunity to interview some of the guys who had completed the challenge and their experience was uniquely impressive.

And because of the season I had just come out of with my health, I was ready for some uniquely impressive results.

This challenge seemed like the exact thing I needed.

After we signed up, reality hit and I started to have some major reservations about completing the challenge because it meant I would have to prioritize time for myself in order to complete the challenge.

As a mom of 2 young kids, when was I going to find time to complete the physical and personal challenges every day?

But there was no quitting at this point. We were already added to the WhatsApp and committed to the challenge.

Truthfully, I expected to be overwhelmed with the tasks and struggling to make time.

But the opposite happened. When I finally prioritized the time for myself (when I made it a MUST), I “magically” had just enough time to get everything I needed done.

And the daily time I made for myself became a gift that filled my cup and my family’s.

I don’t want to give everything away, but the required “homework” for chapters 2, 3, 8 and 11 will forever be a gift that Jessica Gandara gave me. And the daily consistency and accountability helped me rebuild healthy habits that I had lost over the last few years.

By the way…when you go through the class, you’ll be able to tell that Jessica cares about each person getting the most out of the experience. You’ll feel that this is her passion. She’s real and she lives what she teaches (this is rare).

Is it time to start prioritizing yourself so you can show up differently?

Only you can make that judgement call.

If you’re feeling like you don’t deserve it, like you’re already too busy, afraid of doing something hard for the first time in a while, or are maybe even a bit nervous about interacting with a group of women you’ve never met…

Then maybe you already have the answer : )

Before you click the link below to get registered for an upcoming challenge, let me share who this may not be for. If you are the type of person who will quit easily on yourself or your team, or don’t really care about creating positive change in your life, do not sign up.

So what’s the next step?

Sign up HERE and use discount code “BROWN”

Just FYI: instead of getting the referral commission for sending you over, Jessica is graciously allowing us to give you the discount. So for those of you who get registered for the next class, you’ll get the course book for free (taking $20 off the class registration).

If you have more questions about the challenge and my personal experience, feel free to reach out : ) I am a raving fan of Jessica and this challenge!

Until next time, own what matters : )

P.S. If you don’t have an emergency fund with 6 months of living expenses saved…OR a separate account set up to acquire assets…we recommend you don’t buy what we just reviewed. Instead, reply with the phrase “budgeting sucks” and we will get you access to a powerful app that allows you to put your cash flow on autopilot.

P.P.S. If you haven’t answered life’s most important question, anything else we talk about is irrelevant. So consider watching a few minutes or more of this WATCH HERE
